Founded in 1950 by Dr. Parlett L. Moore, the Sigma Beta Club is the premier youth auxiliary of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Dedicated to "The Next Generation of Leaders Accepting the Responsibility and Loving the Challenge," the club focuses on the developmental needs of young men ages 8 to 18. By emphasizing four major principles: Culture, Athletics, Social, and Educational, the program provides a unique opportunity for youth to develop leadership skills, wholesome values, and social awareness. Through academic enrichment, mentoring, and professional guidance, we invest in our youth today to produce the effective and well-rounded leaders of tomorrow.
